syncreon part of DP World are currently recruiting for a **Training Coordinator** based at the **Lutterworth** sites. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team with their training requirements, maintaining and scheduling training sessions and providing training to employees. If you have a training background of have strong operational warehouse experience and are looking for that next step in your career we would love to hear from you**About the Role*
**How you will contribute**
- Daily operational coordination of employee training requirements
- Support in the creation of training plans relating to new business, organisational needs, employee development
- Maintain and update training databases/schedules
- Develop and maintain training material
- Coordinate all training requests/needs within the Lutterworth sites
- Report training progress and evaluate training effectiveness
- Correct/transparent registration of all training activities
- Ensuring the implemented training process meets the organisations demands
- Other duties as assigned.

**Key Qualifications/Skills Required*
- Strong Warehouse operational knowledge and experience
- Strong communication skills and passion to support staff in understanding of and improvement of working practices
- Ability to engage with employees on training needs and requirements
- Leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
