**Digital Product Coordinator**

**Leicester (Remote)**

**9-month contract**

Our client is a highly recognised motorcycle brand with real heritage in the UK and Internationally. In supporting and further developing their position within the UK and European motorcycle sector, we are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator whowill support the UK and European Logistics Team.

The role will involve working with cross-functional teams in Industrial Design, Product Development, Quality, Procurement and Sales & Marketing. You will own the delivery of digital content along with providing support to Product Managers and expanded GMATeam to ensure that all product details are distributed in an accurate and timely manner.

You will be responsible for controlling customer facing images, supplementing the brand around the manufactured product through lifestyle perception and audience engagement.

**Reporting to the Product Manager your key responsibilities will include**:

- Support the Product Managers to share the backstory of GMA product, their specifications, intended uses, features, and benefits to the wider team.
- Coordinate the creation of computer generated product imagery and ensure that this is realistic and accurate for commercial use.
- Support the Digital Content Team throughout the development of the configurator to ensure seamless integration of GMA.
- Review and sign of on digital content, thematic shots and media.
- Conduct systematic testing of online product configurator to eliminate bugs and ensure accuracy, and able to report these to the Technical team via Excel.
- Creation of full product specs, taking the original concept outline and the finalised product drawing to create the “story” and specification which will the drive the marketing material.
- Plan thematic shoots with the marketing teams to ensure the product is show in its best light, to the correct colour scheme and with the right partnered accessories.
- Prepare timing plans and order files to outline and track delivery of show/launch materials ensuring they are delivered on time, tracking their safe return and storage.
- Preparing and sharing formal product notices to the relevant sales team for global distribution.

This position requires someone with previous experience in product launches. It’s a hands-on marketing role to design and deliver content as required for this growing business.
- Qualified to degree level.
- An excellent motorcycle product knowledge and proficient in image/video editing software as well as 3D CAD and rendering software.
- Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships, internally and externally.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness.
