The Company:
RMSpumptools provides the industry with the most extensive range of integrated products. The tools and systems we provide have evolved from a deep, practical knowledge of every aspect of the artificial lift industry.
Our products are designed to integrate seamlessly with the whole range of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) operations. From concept and design to production and delivery, through to installation and training, we provide the complete service to our customers.

The Role:
To assist with the core finance function for RMSpumptools Group and the reporting of accurate monthly financial results.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Process UK and overseas purchase invoices across the ledgers, ensuring accurate general ledger coding and appropriate approvals are in place (maintaining full audit trail, saving documents and approvals onto the system)
- Reconcile supplier statements as and when received
- Preparation for approval and processing of mid-month and month end payments per ledger on the system
- Preparation for approval and processing of ad-hoc payments
- Process of daily bank transactions postings
- Assist with month-end close duties and other ad-hoc duties when necessary
- Assist with internal and external audit across the ledgers when required, including timely provision of all requested information and documents
- General finance department filing as and when required

Skills & Experience:
Ability to work on own initiative, managing multiple activities and priorities.
Proactive and enthusiastic with excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
Effective and strong communication skills.
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge and experience in using ERP systems.

The role will be based in Dyce, Aberdeen so you will need to live within a commutable distance to the office.
