Admin / Office Assistant city 4 days a week and 1 day WFH to £32,000 plus bens
Leading Insurance Orgnisation based in the hear tof the city have a new role for an experienced Admin / office assistant to work in their busy office.
- providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant
- maintenance of the reception and meeting area
- assisting with general facilities and office requirements.
- dealing with all incoming calls and queries, adhering to all security policies, dealing with all deliveries and outgoing post.
- assisting with travel bookings, client events, internal events and processing of invoices and internal expenses
- Manage meeting room bookings for all external and internal meetings,
- Order all couriers and taxis
- Order all stationery, meeting room and staff kitchen supplies.
- Process all expenses
- maintain spreadsheet/database
- Deal with problems, act upon needs, resolve/report problems to manager.
- Experience of using Microsoft office - outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of using Microsoft Teams (or similar videoconferencing software)
- Previous office experience preferred - ideally within Insurance
