Office Admin Assistant

An interest in property and/or technology would be highly beneficial.
Working hours would be 10am-2pm 5 days a week.
This is an in-office role and a car is required for occasional site visits.
- Very efficient and organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good, positive can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients to receive project information
- Ordering office supplies
- Answering phone calls
- Occasional visits to development sites with the Director
- Note-taking
- Assisting with ordering items for clients
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £16,185.28-£24,249.80 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
