Engagement Coordinator

**Role Purpose**:

- Support local HR, Leadership, and colleague Forum to champion all employee engagement activities across site
- Work closely with the line managers and HR to deliver timely and effective recruitment activity to ensure the activities meet and constantly improve the fronted employee experience
- including eligibility to work checks, new starter equipment, induction etc
- Organise agreed engagement activities at a local level and in line with the wide boohoo family agenda
- Support and organise actions as agreed from employee engagement surveys
- Work closely with the DC Engagement Advisor and central engagement team to ensure all communications are kept up to date and published across all available media to ensure the widest reach possible
- Be available to all colleagues as point of contact to ensure that communication, information, and colleague support is maintained to the highest possible levels
- Support local HR with people related admirative tasks as required
- Provide regular and accurate reports on agreed HR Metrics including all areas of responsibility
- Escalate issues and concerns through the local HR team
- Be proactive in self-development and growth plans and activities
- Undertake to fully understand the boohoo family values, the people Agenda and put forward ideas for continuous improvement of colleague experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced, demanding environment
