**DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIGITAL IMPROVEMENT OFFICER**
- What you'll be doing..._

Reporting to the Knowledge Exchange Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:

- Working closely with the Knowledge Exchange Manager to understand the fine details of ECHO delivery including the administrative processes.
- Making plans and prioritising projects for the coming year.
- Helping to analyse processes and problem solving and identifying technology issues and needs.
- Reaching out to our partner hubs and participants and sometimes travelling to see them.
- Sharing your knowledge in digital improvement with staff and service users including the preparation of manuals and instruction packs.
- Assisting in the management and supervision of our internal digital/ administrative work flows.
- You will be able to work reactively and a be good multi-tasker. This role will not suit you if you prefer to work on one thing at a time.
- You will receive opportunities for CPD but you must have the core capabilities set out in the job description.
