**What would you be doing at HomeLink?**
- Clinical and service provision
- Service quality and governance
- Deputise for the Clinical Lead when required
- Promoting patient flow
- Leading on specific service development projects
- Can demonstrate working across professional and multi-agency boundaries
- Knowledge of the local health economy and the process of service change
- Experience of managing a multidisciplinary team
- Superb interpersonal skills
- **What would we expect from you?**:

- Full driver’s licence and access to a car
- Right to work in the UK without any form of sponsorship
- Minimum five years’ experience as a Registered Nurse or an HCPC Registered Professional.
