**Other key duties/responsibilities include**: To provide expert professional advice and clinical leadership to nurses within the pathway and to lead on the development within the specified pathway. You will be a member of the management team within the pathway and represent your pathway at the Trust level. You will provide leadership and have professional responsibility for all clinicians within the pathway. Through leading the delivery of the clinical strategy within your area you will ensure that practice is of a high quality and is focused on the values and behaviours outlined in local and national strategies.

You will ensure that care is delivered with kindness dignity and respect and the provision of a skilled and person-centred service to service users their carers and families.
