We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can provide administrative and business support functions to the highest possible standard across One Recovery Bucks.

The post holder will:

  • Take lead responsibility for developing, implementing, organising and managing all aspects of the administrative and business support service for One Recovery Bucks
  • Assist in the collection of sometimes complex information, bringing together and reporting to One Recovery Bucks management team.
  • Provide line management to Oasis administrators and Inclusions Business data officers
  • Provide expert knowledge, guidance and experience to effectively manage the One Recovery office.
  • Provide and ensure effective pathways and processes are in place across all of One Recovery Bucks (both North and South Service) linking in with Trust and Oasis services for effective and efficient working.
  • Ensure that central administrative systems across One Recovery Bucks activity are efficient and effective and subject to review to ensure constant improvement.
Main duties of the job

Responsible for:

  • Providing and co-ordinating an effective, efficient and high quality administrative and business support service that is responsive to the needs of all of One Recovery Bucks
  • Leadership, direction, training and support to all relevant staff, whilst developing effective working relationships, efficient practices and a motivated workforce.
  • Day to day general administrative duties including oversight of the administration tasks behind the clinical service including clinics, data, project work and dissemination of information across Service, to partners and commissioners.

Job responsibilities

  • To ensure the provision of administrative and business support functions to the highest possible standard across One Recovery Bucks
  • To provide effective line management and professional leadership to all designated staff reporting directly to the Office Manager providing supervision, appraisal and personal development plans, annual leave, sickness absence management, recording and monitoring via relevant trust / Oasis systems (such as Healthroster, EOL), disciplinary, grievance and performance management and recruitment of administrative/business support staff in line with Trust Policies and Procedures.
  • To support the Clinical Lead and to have direct oversight for all administrative tasks associated with the ORB clinical service including rotas, clinics sheets and the timings of batch prescription printing and distribution.
  • To assist One Recovery Bucks management team on the production, analysis, useful presentation and dissemination of information and data to key people within deadlines to aid decision-making for service improvements and changes; to be responsible for the analysis, investigation and resolution of anomalies and issues.
  • To empower the administration team to provide effective and efficient administrative support to One Recovery Bucks management team.
  • To provide administrative oversight and liaison with corporate Trust / Oasis services around ordering and invoicing and liaising with staff and external bodies.
Person Specification Qualifications
  • Degree level qualification or demonstrate equivalent experience, skill and knowledge as outlined
Experience
  • Experience of line managing staff, including previous supervisory experience
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Experience of supporting and coordinating tender processes
