An exciting vacancy has arisen to join our Asset Management team in the Maritime Department as a Planned Maintenance System (PMS) Data Administrator on an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
**The Role**
In this role, you will ensure that data within the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is managed and updated in line with change requests from key stakeholders and current strategy.
You will assist with ensuring that assigned vessels have an appropriate and consistent maintenance regime in compliance with statutory requirements and company policy whilst also ensuring that the fleet maintenance manual is kept up to date.
You will support maintenance of the planned maintenance systems records, Fleet Maintenance Manual and Mimic System. In addition, you will work closely with shipboard staff and office teams to ensure a consistent and practical maintenance regime in line withthe overall asset management strategy.
You will be key in supporting and collaborating with the Technical Controllers for the planned maintenance system.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent attention to detail and previous administrative or data entry experience. You will need to be competent in use of MS Access and MS Excel with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working with computer based planned maintenance systems although this is not essential.
You will have competent coordination, communication, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
