**The Role**

As part of the Asset Management Team, you will ensure that data within the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is managed and updated in line with change requests from key stakeholders and current strategy. You will be key in supporting/collaborating with the Data Controllers for the planned maintenance system, as well as working with stakeholders outside of the department to deliver the correct level of service to all our customers.

Accountabilities include:

- Management and preparation of data to a required standard to interface with the planned maintenance system (PMS). Supporting maintenance of PMS records, Fleet Maintenance Manual and Mimic System.
- Assist and action change requests as submitted by ships and shore. Responding to change requests in a timely manner ensuring high quality of attention to detail.
- Assist in ensuring that assigned vessels have an appropriate and consistent maintenance regime in compliance with statutory requirements and company policy. Adhering to response policies and procedures.
- Day to day up keep of the Fleet Maintenance Manual as directed by the Data Controllers.
- Support key stakeholders within the department in ensuring the PMS system accurately reflects the policies of the Fleet Maintenance Manual and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with shipboard staff and office teams to ensure consistent and practical maintenance regime in line with the overall asset management strategy.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a **CUK12** and is offered on a full time permanent basis with hybrid working in our Southampton office (a minimum of 3 days per week office-based).

- Proven experience of working with computer-based planned maintenance systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy of data, confident to question and challenge if required.
- Competent in use of MS Access and MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Experience of working within shipping industry and/or of using AMOS advantageous but not essential.
