**Data Administrator - Up to £30,000 pa plus attractive benefits - Romsey/Southampton**

Leo Recruitment is representing a friendly organisation with a family-feel ethos who are looking to hire a Data Administrator to maintain accurate and efficient data, as well as provide Data Protection administrative support.

The organisation is looking for someone who is quite tech-savvy, has experience in preparing and controlling data, checking for accuracy, and will be competent in working with a CRM or Management Information Systems (MIS).

**_ABOUT THE DATA ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:_**

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring data is current, that statistics and reports are accurate, and that the organisation is compliant with the Data Protection strategy. You will provide support to various areas of data administrationand technology, such as:

- Technical/ IT Support - Troubleshooting any technical user problems relating to logins or software issues, and maintaining access control systems
- Project Management - Assisting with data protection projects, plans, process flows, and making any suggestions to enhance or improve data processing
- Data Analytics - Managing tracking systems, administering reporting cycles, providing reports and analytics
- Data Protection - Collating and administering Subject Access Requests, ensuring documentation is relevant and up to date, coordinating responses to any data protection complaints or breaches, assisting with compliance documentation in accordance with GDPR
- Have experience in preparing and controlling data and checking for accuracy
- Be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail
- Have a full driving license and own vehicle

**_Location & Working Hours:_**

The Data Administrator role will be required to work from (and travel between) two offices (Romsey and Southampton). There may be some scope to work from home if required, up to a maximum of one day per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am
- 4:30pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays).
