Account/Project Coordinator
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the role is to ensure efficient and consistent updates on all project activities to meet the contractual obligations, helping to achieve the Client’s project delivery objectives, financial management and control, data consistency and risk management.
The Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are documented, updated on the client project trackers, and ensuring all data entry is correct and in line with the client’s expectations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Ownership
Develop, maintain and update project plans/templates as required.
Maintain Client instruction trackers and ensure correctly populated.
Constantly monitor the progress of all live projects under PDS control.
Collate and review supply chain quotes with PDS guidance.
Support the PDS team and Client team to upload documents. Where applicable, also upload to the client data portal.

Client/Stakeholder Management
Serves as primary PDS point of contact on client procedure queries.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organisation to drive and manage local or portfolio wide instructions with assistance of the PDS Team.
Set-up and co-ordinate regular and ad-hoc meetings.
Prepare agendas with PDS input, attend and minute meetings.
Manage the client accounts SharePoint dashboard.

Financial Management
Work with the team to collate and produce quotes for portfolio wide instructions.
Raise PO’s as requested on the client account system, and record and track as required.

Operations
Co-ordinate the Computer Aided Design (CAD) resource and maintain tracker to monitor instruction, fees and raise associated invoices.
Assist team in the Occupier Onboarding Engagement (OOE) process including recording dates and following up on requests for information. Escalate any concerns or issues raised on performance to Client Relationship Manager and Client Relationship Lead.
Undertake general admin duties related to the accounts.
