- United Kingdom**EQUANS is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team based at Birmingham City Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator conducts the role according to onsite processes and procedures. The position ensures that Equans can meet contractual obligations whilst simultaneously providing an excellent service to our customers.

The Project Coordinator makes up part of the Projects Team which contributes to the effective and operation of the projects Service that is conducive for the delivery of healthcare.

**What will you deliver?**
- Management of financial administration process associated with all projects i.e., coordinating and maintaining all Applications, WIP, Debt, Variations, final accounts, and invoicing to the client and Subcontractor
- Attend meetings associated with debt and WIP on Projects to ensure invoicing is streamlined appropriately
- Ensuring all project works are invoiced upon completion or at agreed stages in agreement with client
- Manage and fully complete the WIP process to ensure cost control is achieved and WIP is kept to a minimum
- Ensure all Operational costs are processed appropriately and invoiced
- Assist other colleagues in the management of ongoing operational costs on completion of a project
- Liaison with Project Managers & Site Managers to ensure completion paperwork is complete on all Project claims
- Ensure all contractual notices on all projects are obtained and completed in a timely manner to ensure all cost are captured on each project
- Liaison with other site personnel and client representatives including Trust wards and departments, other service providers, suppliers, contractors etc as appropriate
- Efficiently and accurately use the computerised systems & company software daily, producing information and reports as and when required
- Attend and participate in Training courses as required and to undertake any training in the future as may be required to ensure the duties of the post are effectively conducted
- Function as first point of contact for internal and external parties providing financial information on all project works
- Ensure all documentation forms part of the onsite central filing system
- Take any project meeting minutes where applicable
- Any other duties deem necessary by the Senior Project Manager.

This role includes a Standard DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
