**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented **Proposals Coordinator **to join our industry leading team based at our EMEA headquarters located in **Birmingham, UK**. We are a team of passionate individuals making our mark in the organisation and helping the organisation make its mark in the industry. We are in search of the right person who can mesh into our exciting, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the inputs to the business development database and track the associated opportunities.
- Liaise with the corporate marketing team to leverage material for local use and provide insight from regional activities for corporate exposure.
- Coordinate proposals effort with multiple stakeholders and provide oversight of proposal production including desktop publishing, proofreading, editing, printing, and binding
- Work with delivery team to create and manage consolidated, high impact, competitive bid proposals to stipulated deadlines.
- Work with the proposals manager(s) to develop the bid programme, action plan and bid win strategies.
- Act as the editorial chief in the assembly and proofing of sections of the submission.
- Work with the management team to continuously improve the work winning process.
- Analyse previous bid strategy against success and capture feedback / lessons for the future.
- Develop a bid library of past responses, case studies, and examples and other collateral.
- Provide support to technical operations and sales team and assist them with the pursuit of new business.
- Track, create, update, and manage all regional project descriptions, qualification materials, matrices, and images, etc.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to prepare white papers and blogs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience in authoring and editing technically based proposals.
- Experience in writing and editing corporate and marketing communications - fluent English language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, English, Journalism or a related field.
- Experience in the A/E/C or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- Experience with CRM, database management.
- Experience in business development/project specific presentation preparation utilising microsoft powerpoint and other graphics tools is preferred.
