Are you looking for a new challenge and next step in your career? We are currently looking for a Inventory Controller (rotating shift pattern )** **to join our team in Corby.

**Monday - Friday with a salary up to £25,441**

**Function**:** Main purpose of job**

To be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to Client Order Fulfilment.

**Key tasks**
- To ensure the right resources are available to successfully complete all tasks related the fulfilment processes, i.e. people, equipment, consumables etc
- To ensure the right processes are in place and adhered to, to maximise efficiency and exceed client expectations in terms of quality and accuracy
- To set and meet high standards in terms of hygiene and Health and Safety, managing breaches in line with Company policy
- To set and meet stretching KPIs to maximise profitability
- To build meaningful relationships with the Clients
- To proactively identify problems and resolve these problems with minimum disruption to service
