Our Inventory Admins work hard to ensure that our category teams and the business has the most accurate product information available.

Without your admin skills and data accuracy life at RS would be a lot more difficult, you will be an essential gear in the engine that keeps this business running.

Our goal is to ensure an effective and efficient supply chain that makes amazing happen

**What will I be doing?**

As an Inventory Administrator, your role will be to provide admin support to the planners and the categories by:

- Reviewing and action the team inbox.
- Handling the Purchase Order Book to ensure that it meets Demand Forecasts.
- Supporting inventory control in mitigating excess inventory.
- Optimising the ROI through improvement initiatives and implementing best practice.

A stretch goal for the Inventory Admin will be to seek and suggest continuous improvement ideas to make processes more efficient.

**What do I need to be successful?**

We are aware this is an entry-level role in RS and we don’t expect you to be a supply chain or inventory expert

That said, we would need you to have some experience in an administration or data entry role. You will also need:

- Knowledge of using Excel and other Microsoft Apps (or their Google/Apple counterparts).
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability and confidence to challenge the status quo.
