- Experience of responsibility for managing own work
- Experience of working with senior management level
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft systems including Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel
- Recent experience of working with community/primary care providers
- Demonstrable experience of delivering successful projects
- Demonstrable experience of using own initiative to achieve required outcomes
- Experience of working within a busy environment, meeting deadlines and dealing with competing/changing priorities
- Awareness of current foundation trust issues
- Experience in a stakeholder management position
- Previous experience of public speaking including presentations to groups
- Experience of managing a stakeholder database
