**Thanet Crane Hire Ltd** are a small, family-run business that are looking to hire an Fleet Maintenance Administrator to work **3 days per week - 15h-20h**.

You will be working in a small, friendly team helping with general admin and booking maintenance.

Hours can be of your choice **between** **8am-5pm**. This job role is ideal for someone that would like to work around school hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative support for fleet mechanic e.g. parts ordering, issuing PO’s, contacting suppliers
- Administrative support for yard foreman e.g. ordering of yard stock, consumables, lubes and oils.
- Forward planning for all fleet servicing, working alongside the mechanic to implement this
- Ensuring all vehicles are compliant for the road (Vehicle Tax, MOT’s)
- Booking and forward planning of all crane and equipment LOLER & HGV testing - ensuring this is visible to all office staff on Hire Desk App
- Ad-hoc hire desk admin tasks to cover annual leave/staff absence
- Responsible for investigating vehicle penalty / parking fine letters
- Checking all fuel receipts
- Office stationary

**Requirements**:

- Own transport due to location
- Experience in a similar admin role with knowledge of vehicle maintenance and planning within a workshop would be advantageous (not essential)
- Office Experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Good customer service skills
- English Language
- Right to work in the UK

Pay: £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
