Operations Support Assistant

FleetTEQ is an independent commercial vehicle and fleet maintenance provider.
Our customer base ranges from small companies with a couple of vehicles to large national hirers and own vehicle operators. All of which receive the same level of dedicated quality service and support as each other.
This service is delivered by our Nationwide Mobile Vehicle Technicians and Workshop staff, all of which require strong support from the Operations Team.
We are looking for an energetic individual who can thrive within a small team and work at a fast pace in a live environment and deliver exceptional high standards of customer support.
As Operations Support Assistant you will report to the Operations Supervisor and work closely with the team to ensure that all work is planned and booked with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
You will be responsible for working though the Service inbox as well as taking inbound calls to manage customer booking requests. You will create jobs, plan the routes and manage the mobile workforce using our specific software. (All training will be given).
As an Operations Support Assistant (Vehicle Maintenance) your duties will include but not limited to
- Handling incoming work requests
- Booking Maintenance jobs
- Scheduling work for engineers
- Liaising with customers and Suppliers

- Happy to work in a small team
Full Time Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Part Time Hours - Monday to Friday - TBC based on applicant requirements.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
