**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Receiving & responding to inbound calls
- Supporting day to day activities of sales department, quotes, orders, queries, deliveries, opportunity review
- Preparing data sheets for sales tenders & orders
- Liaison between departments sales, marketing, service, accounts, logistics
