Clinic Coordinator

**We are currently recruiting for a Clinic Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading Irish healthcare provider, based in Ballymena, Co. Antrim.**

**Salary - £19,000 + Commission (OTE £30k)**

**High Volume outbound call experience of 50-60 calls per day is a must for this role**

This position is available due to company growth and is full time in-office. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

You will be:

- Welcoming clients to their appointments
- Scheduling appointments through inbound and outbound calls
- Maintaining the front of house areas
- Resolving queries face to face and by phone
- Other administrative duties as required

You will have:

- 1+ years working experience in in a a busy customer service role, making more than 50 outbound calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and self-motivated attitude
- A patient and understanding personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00 per year
