**Office Administrator**
Supporting the service delivery team, by providing office support and clerical duties. Carry out tasks that promote and document the actions delivered by the team they are assigned to.
Experience in engineering/construction or a project delivery environment would be an advantage.
**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite especially “WORD” & “EXCEL”.
- Good office management skills, with the ability to file, coordinate and document support duties.
- Deliver analytical reports based on given data.
- Administration of Company Reports
- Monitoring and calculating running costs of projects
- Collating costs and pushing these through companies system using LNS codes
- Running spreadsheets for each Contract (Financial)
- Running spreadsheets for each Contract (Programme of works)
- Updating Accounting spreadsheet with Applications made and costs involved
- Keeping account of Engineers time and expenses
- Administrating Contracts and ensuring we meet requirements
- Requesting and processing variations to orders when the need arises
- Issuing Contract paperwork
- Raising ‘Applications for Payment’ and issuing to customer or logging through their portal
- Updating customer’s spreadsheet monthly KPI reports
- Raising purchase orders for subcontractors and hire equipment
- Able to collate technical manuals from data accumulated during project delivery
- Generate reports for customer and senior management
- Able to travel to customer sites and other company sites as required
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
**Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification**:
- Typing at level commensurate with delivering office work in a timely manner.
- Able to use a company computer system after local training.
- Good numeracy skills. Some maths qualifications would be acceptable either GSCE or Equivalent.
- Good understanding and delivery of the English language. Some recognised formal qualification.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
