Ict Assistant-purchase Ledger

Direct Valeting Ltd is a successful expanding business in Newcastle Under Lyme looking to recruit an ICT Assistant-Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team; main duties will include:
- To setup new desktop PC’s, installing and configuring the necessary software
- Set up new user accounts and profiles on all systems
- Train new users
- Maintain the systems and users including resetting passwords
- To offer support remotely and via the phone, resolving any issues that users have encountered
- Set up peripherals including printers, keyboards, routers, modems, and smart devices
- Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve network, software and hardware issues
- Maintain the inventory list of computer equipment
**Requirements**:
The successful ICT assistant should possess the following skills:
- Attention to detail - since they’ll be keeping detailed records and working with highly complex networks, they must have excellent attention to detail
- Communication skills - they will be required to work with colleagues and customers on a daily basis, thus, they have to have good written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills - to think in a methodical and logical way in order to analyse, identify and resolve issues
- Organisation and time management
Full training will be given.
