As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing outstanding service, and efficiently managing the order processing workflow. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their concerns, processing orders accurately and promptly, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Support**:
Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, pricing, order status, and company policies.

Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, demonstrating genuine care and concern for customers.

2. **Order Processing**:
Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.

Enter orders into the company's order management system with utmost attention to detail and accuracy.

Coordinate with internal departments (such as sales, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Monitor and track order progress, providing regular updates to customers regarding order status, shipment details, and delivery schedules.

Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's system.

Prepare reports on order processing metrics, customer feedback, and trends to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements that streamline order processing and customer support.

4. **Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service or order processing role, preferably within a similar industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding efficient solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using order management software and other relevant tools.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
