The role is from Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, based in our Birmingham City Centre office - just next to the Mailbox and will have a salary of between £12k and £15k to start.

**General duties will include**:

- Opening post, scanning and distributing to staff members
- Sending circulars out in the post (although we are about to introduce postworks which will make this a whole lot quicker and easier)

- Preparing bank statements for review through a specific software system we use which transfers the data to excel (and eventually reviewing the bank statements themselves for any wrongdoing by the insolvent company)

**What we are looking for**:

- We work to tight deadlines and are fast moving, so the role requires someone who is able to work well under pressure
- The role itself is an excellent start for someone who has a general interest in legal affairs but is perhaps wanting to develop and enhance their data skills which will serve them well in the future.

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
