**Data Entry and Customer Service Administrator**

The Data Entry and Customer Service Administrator will execute office tasks to ensure that sales goals are met and that tasks are performed efficiently.

We are recruiting for a customer-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Administrator to make sure that customers’ needs are met at the heart of absolutely everything. You will support the team around you, working together to ensure all requirements are met and our customers are consistently satisfied. You are expected to ensure that sales goals are met, and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for uploading products to our sales platforms ensuring that all product information is correct.

As a Data Entry and Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for processing orders, chasing orders with suppliers, communicating with customers and uploading new information on our sales channels.

To succeed as a Data Entry and Customer Service Administrator, you must have excellent organisational, administrative and computer skills, the ability to work towards deadlines and deliver excellent customer service. A good Data Entry and Customer Service Administrator can multitask and work under pressure. Experience with Shopify is desirable but not required.

**Working arrangements**

You will work towards the success of Trade Superstore Online (TSO UK Ltd) and are expected to work from the office (Unit 8, Alfreton Road, Tomlinson Industrial Estate, DE21 4ED), 4 days per week (Monday is required and the rest can be flexible), 9.00am - 5.00pm (excluding bank holidays).

The position offers a fixed salary.

**Main Responsibilities and Activities**

Working closely with the team:

- Always represent Trade Superstore Online Ltd. and our clients in a professional and exemplary manner
- Work closely with suppliers and partner organisations across the construction industry with whom the business relies for delivery of its operations
- Develop and implement systems to find new clientele
- Liaise closely with the rest of the team for all aspects of operational delivery
- Seek to secure additional revenue from new and potential customers

Order processing
- Accept orders from online or phone enquiries
- Log and track orders in a timely manner following the appropriate business procedures
- Process orders with suppliers
- Track the progress of orders with suppliers
- Communicate correct lead times to customers
- Communicate efficiently with customers and keep clients informed regarding the progress of their order
- Accept and schedule deliveries
- Deliver great customer service and work with suppliers to enable smooth delivery of each order

Data entry
- Upload new products to our sales channels
- Ensure that all product information is correct
- Ensure all imagery is correct

Reporting and representation
- Attend monthly catchup meetings with the rest of the team
- Monitor project delivery and report progress
- Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to financial protocols
- Maintain accurate order documentation and adhere to data protection guidelines and legislation
- Identify and deliver key performance measurement standards

Specific Administrative tasks include
- **Telephone calls** - answer phones and answer queries or redirect calls accordingly.
- **Orders Log **- log all orders appropriately
- **Website - **update website pages with new content and products where necessary
- **Social Media -**Work with the rest of the team to identify and post content for Facebook, Instagram and Linked In
- **Database**- update existing database as required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: £17,751.21-£24,694.70 per year
