Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

12-month contract available. I'm recruiting for a key client of mine based in Derby near pride park. Due to a current employee going on maternity leave for a year, they are seeking an experienced sales administrator or customer service administrator to join their small team. This role is working Monday - Friday (Office based) and paying £11.50 an hour.
This is a key role for the business, and you will work alongside their busy sales department.
**Main duties will include**
- **Process customer orders and payments**:
- **Assist in credit checks**:
- **Raise invoices and deal with paperwork.**:
- **Update customer records.**:
- **Check stock and re-order supplies.**:
- **Organise deliveries and liaise with distribution centres**:
- **Provide after-sales support.**:
- **Take incoming calls from customers**:
- **Data entry**:
- **Provide quotes**
**Skills required**
- **Excellent customer service skills.**:
- **Ability to use your initiative.**:
- **Ability to work well with others.**:
- **Good attention to detail**:
- **A good telephone manner**:
- **Good IT skills and the ability to pick up software and systems quickly
