Purchasing Coordinator

You will be working closely with other buyers and the logistics team and will answer directly into the Supply Chain Manager. This is an office-based role.
- Developing relationships with new suppliers, improving current relationships and supply agreements and ensuring that supply meets the needs of the business.
- Raising Purchase Orders with suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate risk for suppliers and products
- Source and evaluate new suppliers and products where necessary.
- Provide a central point for supplier liaison including supporting other departmental requirements.
- Help to negotiate price reductions, lead times and other terms and conditions.
- Support pricing functions including the updating, building and uploading of price lists and pricing non-standard items.
- Oversee Goods-in and invoicing of purchased items.
- Assist with material planning and reporting on purchasing KPI’s.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
