**What's involved with this role**:
**Temporary Business Support Assistant / Admin - HR**
**Job Ref: Lincolnshire 5213964**
**Hybrid working: office based 2-3 times per week. Car Parking available.** An experienced administrator is required to work in a Team that supports HR Service - inbox management, diary management, minute taking, phone calls, dealing with data and using a bespoke HR case management system. Key responsibilities:

- Produce notes, actions or minutes that are of a high standard in presentation.
- Provide a high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure the smooth running of the team office through provision of generic support tasks such as filing, photocopying and typing.
- Operate and update various computer systems accurately.

**“Role Requirements” - to give yourself the maximum chance of success please try and ensure your CV addresses the following essential criteria**:

- Minimum of 12 months **recent** experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Minute taking skills and experience.
- Experience in dealing with the public either face to face, telephone written capacity.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
