Business Support Administrator

**Job Title: Business Support Administrator - Lincolnshire County Council**
**Contract type**:Temporary 3-6-months+ (job assignments are often, extended by clients on a longer-term basis).

**Start Time**:8:30 AM /9:00 AM
**End Time**:16:30 PM/17:00 PM
**PAYE Rate**:£13.21ph (including 12.07% holiday pay)
**Umbrella/Ltd Pay Rate ph **:£xph
To function effectively within a Business Support team, providing assistance with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, such as meeting support, data entry, general office support, and completing specific service tasks. These tasks may include:
- Providing administrative support in various service areas, including Adult Care and Community Wellbeing, Childrens Services, Environment and Economy, and Finance and Public Protection, and often working within locality teams that support multiple service areas.
- Compiling performance information.
- Performing data entry tasks.
- Arranging training and meetings and supporting their facilitation.
- Managing mail services.
- Assisting with compliance checks.
- Producing management information for customers.
- Providing typing, filing, photocopying, and telephone coverage.
- Performing reception duties.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of MS Office: Word, Excel as a minimum
- Understanding of how to provide excellent customer Service
- Experience in dealing with the public either face to face, via telephone,written capacity
- Is thorough and pays attention to detail
- Demonstrating problem-solving capabilities
- Working on own initiative
- Ability to manage own time and workload
- Good written and verbal skills
- Flexibility and a responsible approach to work
- Ability to respond positively to change
- Experience of Data entry
- Experience in Minute Taking
