Monday to Friday Leyland

Daily Sales invoices and credit notes
- Creating proforma invoices for customers
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Dealing with credit searches on various customers
- Dealing with invoice queries & communicating with customers and colleagues internally
- Daily use of computer software and database systems, training will be given on Access Dimensions and Tharsterns
- Completing monthly reports
- Processing credit card payments for invoices
- Filing all invoices and daily sheets
- Preparing Commissions spreadsheets for Sales Staff
