**The Role**
Reporting to the Board and leading a national technical sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy that continues to grow market share and profitability - selling our clients market leading products, systems andservices into a prestigious portfolio of large end-user customers.
Key tasks will include: completing a thorough review of the market, your resources and ensuring that you have the right team, systems and processes in place to capitalise on significant commercial opportunities.
**The Person**
You will be an experienced and inspirational sales manager, well used to developing your team and leading them to exceed expectations.
Experience of Fire and/or Security products and systems is highly desirable but is not essential.
What is essential, is that you are:

- Strategically and tactically strong, well-used to developing and successfully delivering sales strategies
- A team player, who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- An excellent communicator, able to influence and persuade at all levels
- A charismatic and inspirational sales leader

A highly profitable, market leading designer and manufacturer of technically superior fire and security products and systems, selling directly to large private and public sector end-users.
