**The job itself**:
We seek to appoint an Estates and Compliance Lead to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations tasks carried out within WLP Trust schools, under the direction of the Trust Director of Estates and Compliance team and Headteachers.

The role will have oversight and management of duties including certain elements of school administration, Estates Management and Health and Safety that need to be undertaken in schools, with People and Estates Leads colleagues to ensure that Trust policies and procedures are fully complied with.
