Tender Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Tender Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Software Limited, a leading IT solution and managed service provider.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bidding and tendering process across our Sales Divisions, ensuring alignment with customers' current and future business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Management: Oversee the entire tender acquisition process, from initial contact to contract award, ensuring seamless execution.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers and vendors.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with tender submissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in tender acquisition and business development
- Excellent risk management and compliance skills
- Superior communication and relationship-building abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage diverse projects in a service-oriented setting
