As our business grows the number of merchants ( customers) we have to service grows also.

As a customer centric business we place huge value on being able to service all customers in an efficient and timely manor at all times.

To that end to assist us in keeping up our high service levels we are looking for our next member of staff on our customer services desk to join us on our exciting journey.

Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the office manager or operations manager, as a customer services adminestrater you will be responsible for:

- Being the first point of call for any customer service enquiry
- Raise and manage a ticket on our internal CRM until a satisfactory closure or outcome.
- Ability to learn MWBS position in the market and retain information on our services and products. full training will be given.
- Excellent articulation and written ability to liaise with and respond to customers regarding technical issues and contractual arrangements. Relay the client's operational requirements and limitations to customers in a timely manor whilst updating the internalticketing system at all times.
- Ability to manage a growing workload and delegate to a larger team as we grow under pressure
- Working alongside our accounts team, proactively manage and follow up with customers for late payment of invoices and maintain customer database
- Produce and manage reports for management, internal/external customers both paper based and computerised when requested.

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain relationships with partners and merchants alike
- Business administration experience with excellent organisational skills
- Customer service experience of 2 years would be an advantage
- A positive "can do" attitude to work.
- A freindly postive person
- A resilient, robust and dynamic nature with a high attention to detail.
- Confident in dealing with all types of customer service enquiries.
- Punctual
- Computer literate with experience within Microsoft and CRM systems
