**Description**:
The role of Planning Coordinator will be focused within our Comply & Deliver product range at Zenergi. It will involve planning activities across relevant specialist teams within the organisation and managing activities & jobs from beginning to end, ensuring that we optimise all resources in the most efficient and effective way to ensure we deliver and meet our customer's expectations.

As part of the overall Operational Excellence team, the Planning Coordinator will provide business administration support, action planning, reporting and presenting of data as well as work with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise promptly as well as continually review capacity and workload to ensure we deliver on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside relevant Line managers within the business, the Planning Coordinator will support the teams with planning the delivery of operational tasks across the company with a focus on ensuring that any pinch points are quickly identified and resolved to ensure that we can deliver our Comply and Deliver services within agreed timescales.
- Support during operational planning sessions by preparing and presenting documentation such as action plans and ensuring all operational planning tools are kept up to date.
- Act as the primary owner of workforce planning tools to ensure they are kept up-to-date and accurate with all required information. Also, provide any required reports or data to internal stakeholders to monitor delivery and utilisation across the business in real-time.
- Compilation of operational data as required to support line managers in optimising the efficient use of resources to ensure maximum utilisation of job completions and revenue earnings.
- Keep systems up-to-date with all information for Comply and Deliver including but not limited to, schedule amendments, resource deployment and use of subcontractors.
- Act as the liaison between Comply & Deliver and internal/external stakeholders to ensure digital workflow & workplace technologies remain fit for purpose.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritise several tasks in an energetic environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise, and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, calendars, meetings etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency with office productivity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills all while managing a variety of different priorities.

**Knowledge**
- Understanding of administrative roles and responsibilities.

**Experience**
- Experience working with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Experience in a previous Administration/Coordinator role.
- Previous experience in a workforce planning role would be desirable.
- Experience working with various internal stakeholders across all levels would be desirable.
- Experience in change management would be desirable.
- Experience in problem solving and change management would be desirable.
