We are looking for a driven and fully computer literate individual, who is extremely well profitient in Microsoft Excel, to work in a new PPM Planning Department on the HO/MOJ Contract.
- Be responsible for managing the account reporting suite, ensuring that all departments and senior management have access to this data at all times.
- Follow the planning schedule to ensure all key activities are met by their due dates.
- Prepare the PPM delivery for both In House and Supplychain delivery teams, creating the reference material for both teams.
- Processing mitigations to ensure that they pass the assurance standards of the contract.
- Maintaining and updating the delivery sheets for PPM records, ensuring accurate data is available for delivery by ensuring processes are adhered to.
- Monitoring the allocated work to make certain satisfactory usage when updating Work Orders in Maximo, monitoring and analysis of general supply problems identifying and implementing improvements.
- Investigating and providing trend analysis of failure points.
- Assuring Mitigations and highlighting change control, liaising with operations and commercial for the alignment of data.
- Data Change Templates, Load Templates and data management to be submitted to the integrator.
- Maintaining data in Maximo.
- Audit management, liaising with compliance to ensure that audit responses are actioned by the team.
- Build, maintain and enhance relationships directly with our operational, engineering and commercial departments
- Continuously review the internal processes and practices and make recommendations for improving the efficiency
- Showing your excellent excel skills you will use for continuous improvement for reporting and process development.

In order to be successful in your new role you will need:

- Administration experience
- Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system is preferable.
- Excellent at Microsoft Excel to intermediate level.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective and efficient working practices.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and in writing
- Analytical and organisational skills (customer service skills) and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
