**Your new company**
A successful and global business with a shared service centre in Chelmsford are looking for an additional heads into the team due to company growth.
**Your new role**
You will be someone who has worked in a HR Admin/Coordinator role, working with sensitive data, maintaining employee data, note taking in meetings, being the first point of call for queries and benefit queries, employee lifecycle, actioning change of detailrequests and adhoc HR project work.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to have worked in a HR Admin/Coordinator role having exposure to sensitive data, alongside excellent communication skills and want to join a large HR team..
**What you'll get in return**
Benefits include working 35 hour week, 9-5, hybrid working so only two days based in the office, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays which rises with service, bonus scheme, health cashplan, pension and flexible benefits package too.
