**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Front of House Team Member to join a talented and dedicated team of people. With excellent customer service experience and a warm and friendly personality, you will be required to greet all clients and ensure they receive a 5 star service whilst in the Club. You will need to learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge to proactively engage with clients and assist the FOH team in achieving sales targets. You will follow the Bamford philosophy to the highest professional standard.

**SALARY**:£25,000 + commission on retail.
**HOURS**:40 hours per week, fully flexible including weekends & shifts.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure exceptional familiarity with all retail products, Club treatments, and classes and recommend confidently and maximise sales & member experience.
- Manage all member bookings, using our online system, whilst guiding members how to manage using the Club app.
- Ensure all PARQs are fully completed.
- Support the FOH Manager with any other ad-hoc duties.
- Set up event spaces and host guests/clients.
- Maintain the smooth day-to-day running of reception, registration and payment processing ensuring that all members are greeted, and checked in/out efficiently, courteously and professionally.
- Complete staff mandatory training is always up to date.
- Handle problems that arise in an effective professional manner.
- Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and training requirements, as necessary.
- Carry out any other duties as may be required by the FOH Manager.

**SKILLS YOU WILL BRING**
- Knowledge of a booking system is preferable.
- High standards and a passion for exceeding member expectations
- You will be a customer service professional, have a positive and bubbly personality and have a natural flair for luxury service delivery.
- Ability to demonstrate and instil exceptional customer service standards.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with issues, escalating to the relevant manager if required.
- A strong eye for detail.
- A proactive approach to your work
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A high level of written and spoken English is essential.
- Personal appearance is to be of a very high standard at all times
