Club Concierge

**Position - Club Concierge at The Club by Bamford**

**Full Time 40hrs / Fully flexible, including a mixture of early, late shifts & weekends.**

**Salary - £30K per annum**

**Bonus - Retail sales commission included 5% of monthly team sales (not a contractual agreement)**

**Job description**:
**Overall responsibilities**:

- Working alongside Heads of departments operations team, also including Front of House Team.
- Maintain a constant presence in The Club, ensuring an outstanding experience is delivered to all members.
- Ensure you meet all new members where possible and work to provide support to potential & current members.
- Support and execute tasks in Club retail area, such as sales, merchandising, product training and stock take.
- Attend & support member events & activities, to ensure members engagement & loyalty.
- Support with Opening & Closing the Club, including Health & Safety checks and general opening & closing procedures.
- Support Front of House team and work Front of House area when required.
- Assist Front of House supervisors to be the link between Club members and the Spa, in terms of Spa treatments.

**Experience & Knowledge**
- 1-2 years’ experience in working in a front facing luxury service environment.
- Experience in networking and brokering of new relationships is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Result driven and confident communicator.
- An understanding of the leisure, fitness and hospitality industry with a love of health and wellbeing. (not compulsory)
- Flexible and being willing to work evenings, weekends and Bank holidays
