Adecco UK are currently recruiting on behalf of one of their most prestigious clients in the Aerospace Industry for a an experienced Administrator within the Aftermarket Environment.
This will entail supporting the Customer Service Team and responding to customer inquiries whilst ensuring smooth customer service operations. Highly motivated individual with background in decision making and taking responsibility. Ability to use own initiative.
**Summary**:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Wolverhampton
- Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
- Hours: 37 hours per week Mon - Thurs 8 - 16.45 and Fri 8 -12
**Duties Include**:
- Collate and distribute invoices and shipping documentation to support reduction in invoice queries and cash collection issues
- Review and Manifest Technical Documentation in line with Record Retention Policies
- Monitoring Central Mailboxes to support Customer Queries including Capability and Pricing Requests. Direct queries to appropriate department or personnel, as needed.
- Support the Customer Service Team in obtaining End User details to reduce delays on incoming assets and onward shipping
- Managing New Customer Requests (interacting with Central Master Data Team and Business Development Team)
- Implement centralised electronic filing structure for use across CS functions
**Requirements**:
- Good practical knowledge and understanding of Aerospace industries is an advantage
- Planning and organising skills with attention to detail, data input accuracy of the greatest importance.
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Able to empathetically communicate Customer expectations
- Experience in Microsoft Office required.
