We are currently recruiting for a talented Customer Services Advisor to join our team at Bidfood, Battersea depot.
**The role**:
This is a key role in the site's success and customer retention focusing on providing effective, timely and high-quality services to all our customers.
- You will ensure good communication with all departments and take ownership of all aspects of inbound and outbound customer contacts including query resolution and managing service issues.
**A bit about you**:
- Absolutely customer focused
- You must be a skilled and natural customer service advocate who understands its importance in a food distribution environment.
- Your attention to detail and organisation will be excellent.
- You will be able to think quickly on your feet, enabling the best outcome for all customers
- You will be able to work well under pressure.
- Be driven to find solutions
- Have excellent communication skills
Success in this role will utilise all your influence and impact with colleagues right across the depot, to ensure a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
**This is a fixed term contract of 12 months acting as Maternity Cover**
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
