**The role**:

- Managing calendar and inbox for Executive Director.
- Making travel arrangements both nationally and internationally.
- Arranging meetings/appointments, strategically planning to increase time productivity.
- Act as point of contact for third parties contacting the Executive Director and signpost documents needing approval.
- Stakeholder management.
- Proof reading documents.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes, prepare the minutes and distributing accordingly.
- Provide support on specific projects as required.
- Support the Executive Director with other duties as required.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have experience working in a supportive role.
- Have experience drafting correspondence, reports and other business documents.
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent organisation and people management skills
- Have strong command of the English language
- Possess the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
- Have strong communication skills
- Have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, and other productivity software tools
- Have discretion and tact

**In return you will be entitled to**:

- An annual salary of between £33,000 - £35,000.
- Hours of 09.00 - 17.30 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 17.00 on Fridays.
- 32 days annual leave a year (+ bank holidays)
