A leading, fun business in Bracknell is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team.
The Administrator will be working within the Payouts team supporting the customers with the assistance of an Account Manager. The Payout Administrators take responsibility for processing the paperwork in relation to their customers as well as providing back-upto the other administrators.
Job Purpose of the Payout Adminstrator:
Take responsibility for the timely and accurate handling of customer documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage inbound customer documentation.
- Maintain CRM records to the accepted business standard.
- Completing verbal delivery checks with customers.
Additional tasks with experience:
- Distribute accurate documentation to customers in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers promoting regular verbal interactions.
- Manage and develop relationships.
- Provide prompt and accurate updates to the Account Management Teams.
- Provide deal progression updates to the Sales Team.
- Resolve any queries relating to proposals prior to payout.
Salary £22,000 + 23 days holiday rising one for each year for the next 3 years with great career prospects
