One of our clients based near the centre of Bracknell is looking for an Administrator to join their team. This role would be working directly with the two directors providing secretarial support, general admin work i.e insurances, team Assistance to thewider team and ensuring the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting the accounts department uploading invoices and inputting information.
- Providing administrative and clerical support as needed.
- Providing general secretarial / administration support to directors and team.
- Organising training for team and engineers
- Organising team Away days, Christmas parties, Golf days and other social events.
- Ensuring Van/Car MOT’S, Services, Tax, Insurance are up to date.
- Ordering office supplies and uniforms for engineers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitasking
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
