Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client based in Bracknell.
The successful Administrator will be responsible for:
- Validating and closing the Work Orders related to field activities
- Generating invoices for chargeable services
- Assuring consistency of information and costs collected in the Work Orders
- Raising formal objections with third parties
- Identifying and managing system errors
- Managing the invoicing process
The Administrator will have:
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Invoicing experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in management of service orders and service contract terms and conditions
- Fluent in English
- Team Player attitude
