**The Role -LogisticsProject Manager**

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Logistics team.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Ensure a safe and legally compliant logistics operation
- Exemplifies the company’s values and behaviours. (Our values being: 'be devoted', 'be driven', 'be daring')
- Project manage change, defining and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing projects to ensure financial business cases are met
- Be an inspirational change agent, engaging with colleagues across all sites to generate operational improvement
- Provide innovative solutions to continuously improve performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure end to end supply chain optimisation
- Work closely with the Logistics Leadership team to ensure efficiencies can be identified and best in practice procedures put into place
- Identify operational improvements and implement change effectively

**Skills needed** We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:

- You will have a proven track record in a customer centric, cost focused organisation, defining and delivering projects.
- An effective project manager with an organised and methodical approach to leading change
- Commercially astute and can demonstrate effective business case delivery
- Can demonstrate process management skills and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Effective communication style and ability to influence at all levels
- Analytical capability, can draw actionable insight from data
- Consultative, respectful and professional approach, putting the customer at the heart of every process
- Colleague focused, using structured and methodical working practices and effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate the change process.
- Is highly organised, resourceful and uses initiative and determination to deliver projects successfully
