- Taking responsibility for and leading individual projects as assigned
- Prepare quotations from Client and Technical Team briefs
- Produce events liaising across teams through the organisation, keeping clients up to date with the status of projects
- Plan and manage resources with the coordination team related to Transport, flights and event logistics & equipment
- Managing the budget of projects, providing reports displaying financial efficiency, and suggesting improvements
- Maintain a safe working environment for all involved

- Own and lead projects
- Be the principal contact for clients related to the projects you own
